5.3 Generated Content

Content generated through our Services using your voice profile and input materials is owned by you. We retain no ownership rights to the final content produced for your use.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use our Website or Services to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others
• Transmit any harmful, threatening, abusive, or defamatory content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our Services
• Create content that violates bar advertising rules or legal ethics requirements
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person or entity

7. Professional Responsibility

While our Services include bar compliance checking features, you remain solely responsible for ensuring that all content published under your name complies with the rules of professional conduct and advertising regulations applicable to your jurisdiction. We recommend reviewing all generated content before publication.

8. Payment Terms

Our Services are offered as a one-time purchase. All payments are due at the time of purchase. Refunds are available in accordance with our "Sounds Like Me" Guarantee policy, details of which are provided at the time of purchase.
